Power Vinyasa (90 minutes)
This is an athletic practice and flowing practice that provides a great benefit for dancers, athletes, singers and actors. Linking postures together in a flowing sequence emphasizes a continuous steady rhythm of breath and movement creating a meditative and athletic practice. With strong roots in the flow and foundations of Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa incorporates sun salutations, standing and balance sequences, seated and inverted asanas. The postures selected by the teacher create a well-balanced energizing practice that builds strength, flexibility and core awareness. This class is taught in a warm room and is suitable for all levels of students.

Restore & Breathe (75 minutes)
This is a slow paced Yin style class that is ideal for gently achieving a deep stretch. With guided by breath, this practice will focus on opening the hips and heart with a focus on restoration and settling the nervous system. All levels of practitioner from any style will benefit from going deeper into each posture with the teacher’s adjustment or use of props. The program includes concentration on both the breath cycle and spinal alignment, creating more awareness, and giving students the ability to remove stubborn blocks and decrease stress.

Yoga Pilates Fusion Class (90 minutes)
Yoga and pilates are blended together to balance the elements of core strength and flexibility. Using alignment to cultivate efficiency of movement, we work to open, tone and relax the entire body. Both practices are therapeutic and rejuvenating in nature. Pilates activates the deeper muscles of the torso that allows for a foundation of stability to develop. With yoga we work from this place of grounding and stability to increase flexibility in the spine to open the heart. With this new awareness and deeper connection to the self, grace in movement and strength in transitions can develop.
